Yesterday I found an old batch of hazlenuts in a kitchen cupboard that I had totally forgotten about. I was craving something sweet so I used them to make Nutella.  So yummy.

I also have been brewing and bottling my essential oils. The house smells really good during the 6 hours that I had them in the slow cooker. I made sure the cat was outside for most of the process though as eucalyptus fumes can irritate pets eyes and respiratory systems. It is always best to veer on the side of caution and either stew the oils when the pets are outside or keep all the windows wide open (and clean up any spillages immediately).
