Today I am loving just watching the snow from inside.

I love this time of year. It is extremely rare that I have a day when I am just inside but today has been such and it’s been a cosy and content kind of a day.  I’ve been hopping between reading, knitting, wreath hanging, tree decorating, tudor watching, music listening, idea writing and hamper making.

I feel a little more festive now that the little tree and wooden nativity scene are out. Advent is upon us and in 3 weeks time it will be Christmas.

Yesterday and today I have managed to get into a book. I am mid way through a book called ‘The Green Road’ – a novel set in Ireland. It is very well written and captivating.  Every line is well crafted and although the storyline is depressing, it is very powerful.
